History
Elsa was born and raised in Guadalajara Mexico. It was here that she met the love of her life, a young American studying medicine.
She eventually moved to the Northeast United States where she lived and started a family before finally settling in Coral Springs Florida.
Elsa has spent over 20 years studying various practices of yoga, attending workshops and becoming certified in Hypnotherapy and Sound Therapy.
She is a certified Kundalini and Hatha instructor.
